Add one picture per cycle. Vote once per cycle if you want. You can vote for your own picture.
At noon, 6 PM, and midnight ET, the picture with the most votes becomes the next image.
The next picture should try to complement the last. A completely unrelated replacement may be considered Bad Taste.
Change can be gentle, strange, corrective, funny, or devotional, but it should breathe with what came before.
Leave enough of the prior image for the work to remember itself. Destruction is allowed only when it feels like transformation.
By submitting, you consent for others to modify your image. That is the only way this can work.
If most people mark a picture Bad Taste, that person gets a strike. 3 strikes and out.
